Highlights for this report include:
- 36 Guilds rated
- 21 actives and 12 standbys passing minimum requirements
- No new Guild candidates
- 3 Guilds moved to retirement

Updates received AFTER this cutoff will be considered for the NEXT report.
Report Appeals Begin: Thursday, Oct. 29th, 2020, 23:59:59 UTC
Publish Final Report: Friday, Oct. 30th, 2020, 23:59:59 UTC
