December 2019 WAX Guild Ratings Report
We have concluded the second round of ratings for our December, 2019 Report and are pleased to share our results with the community:
- 31 Guilds scored, up 26% from our November, 2019 report
- 90% of Guilds (28 of 31) marked “Passes Core”
- Mean/Median Score: 227.22/233 points
- Estimated hours spent across the committee enhancing the framework and evaluating Guilds: 60 hours

As a reminder, the plan is to target the 15th of each month as a cut-off date for the next round of ratings. Guilds will only need to participate in an initial interview the first time; going forward, rated guilds will be asked to submit updates and will see their scores calculated / changed as the guidelines evolve.
Next date for guild reviews to begin: January 9th, 2020
New Guild Interviews will close the end of that Wednesday, January 15th, 2020.
Report will be finalized on January 18th, 2020.
